U1-Pro.com is an independent informational website about SenseNova U1 Pro. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by SenseTime or SenseNova. Privacy requests may also be sent to info@u1-pro.com.

This website is hosted on a server operated through Hostinger. When you visit the site, the hosting infrastructure may process your IP address, requested URL, date and time, referrer, browser information, and technical error data in server logs. This processing is necessary to deliver the website securely, detect abuse, and diagnose faults. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website.

Hostinger acts as a hosting recipient or processor. Logs are retained only for the period configured for the hosting service and while they remain necessary for security, fault diagnosis, or applicable legal obligations. The application does not create a separate visitor profile from these logs.

If you join the availability waitlist, we store:

• Your email address.
• The exact consent text shown when you subscribed, as proof of consent.
• The date and time of your request and confirmation.
• The page or placement you subscribed from (e.g. homepage hero).
• Random confirmation and unsubscribe tokens. Confirmation tokens are stored only as cryptographic hashes.

We do not collect names or payment details for the waitlist, and we do not use tracking cookies for it.

The sole purpose is to email you when confirmed public availability information about SenseNova U1 Pro is announced. The legal basis under the GDPR is your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a)), given by selecting the consent checkbox, submitting the form, and confirming the email sent to you. We do not use your address for another purpose without a separate legal basis.

Waitlist data is stored in a local SQLite database on the same Hostinger server that runs this website. The database is outside the public web directory and is restricted to the application user. Email addresses are not exposed to browsers or included in client-side code, and they are never sold or shared for third-party marketing.

We use double opt-in. After submission, Hostinger Email sends a confirmation message from info@u1-pro.com through Hostinger's SMTP service. Your subscription becomes active only after you confirm it. Hostinger therefore processes the recipient address and email delivery metadata as our email-service provider. The confirmation link expires after 48 hours.

This site currently loads no analytics or third-party tracking scripts and sets no analytics cookies. This policy and, where legally required, the consent mechanism will be updated before analytics are enabled.

You can withdraw consent at any time, with effect for the future:

• Use the unsubscribe link included in every availability notification email, or
• email info@u1-pro.com from the subscribed address with the subject “Unsubscribe”.

The automated unsubscribe link deletes the waitlist record immediately. Requests sent by email are processed without undue delay.

If you contact info@u1-pro.com by email, we process your email address, message, delivery metadata, and any information you voluntarily provide in order to answer you. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication, where applicable, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Hostinger Email processes the communication as our email-service provider. Messages are deleted when no longer needed, subject to applicable legal retention duties.

Under the GDPR and similar regulations you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Email info@u1-pro.com to exercise any of these rights; we respond within 30 days.

The supervisory authority responsible for private-sector controllers in Bavaria is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA). You may also complain to another competent supervisory authority.

Unconfirmed requests are deleted after seven days. Confirmed subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe or the waitlist purpose ends—for example, after confirmed public availability is announced and the promised notifications are completed. Remaining waitlist records are deleted within 90 days after that purpose ends.

Providing an email address is voluntary and is not a statutory or contractual requirement. Without it, we cannot send an availability notification. We do not use the waitlist data for profiling or automated decision-making.

We use encrypted HTTPS and SMTP connections, restricted server and database access, hashed confirmation tokens, input validation, and request-rate controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we review these safeguards and update them as needed.

Material changes are announced on this page with an updated date. If a change requires new consent, we will ask for it before using your data for the changed purpose. You may unsubscribe at any time.
